Vegan Brunch Class – next date to be announced

A little bit about me and why I care about this event:

I am a recipe developer, food photographer and food blogger who deeply cares about community and sharing. My love for food stretches far and reaches from creating menus to digging deep into nutritional science (I studied medical science and nutrition). Cooking and baking are my ultimate passions in life and so is community building – to share the food I make is one of the greatest pleasures to me. I love to see how food brings people from all kinds of backgrounds together and want to foster connection through gathering at a set table. Due to my job, I am challenged to stay very creative and inclusive of current food trends and do my very best to do so within the realms of a balanced, healthy and sustainable diet.

What you’ll do:

You’ll be welcomed to my home in one of Berlin’s most beautiful neighbourhoods – Prenzlauer Berg. It is a rooftop loft with an open living concept including a generous kitchen island. An intimate, open and friendly energy is central to the atmosphere I want to create. After a first introduction round, we will start to prepare a delicious and nutritious brunch – for this, I will have all the ingredients ready so that we can start cooking and baking together. I will guide through all the items that we will make – vegan banana bread, nutty buckwheat granola, raspberry chia jam and butterbean hummus. For this, I will provide clear instructions, assist and be present for any questions regarding method or nutrition. The experience I offer is suitable for people who are interested in cooking, learning more about nutrition and being curious about other people – it will be a social setting that potentially offers new connection and friendship.

What’s included:

Vegan banana bread served with peanut butter, buckwheat granola, plant-based yoghurt and fresh fruit, raspberry chia jam, focaccia, butterbean hummus & za’atar, rocket and fresh vegetables. All is homemade and love made and I’ll share my tips and tricks with you (also regarding food photography, in case you harbour an interest)!

Next event dates will soon be posted here!
