Overnight Oats with Peanut Butter & Banana
Are you into creamy oats?
We know that oats are good for us, and thankfully they also happen to be super tasty - especially when combined with the nuttiness that peanut butter is and the kind of sweetness that we get from a ripe banana. What more could one want for breakfast?

Ingredients
½ cup oats
½ cup plant-based milk of choice
½ ripe banana, mashed
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tsp maple syrup
1 tsp chia seeds
½ tsp cinnamon
toppings
banana
date syrup or maple syrup
roasted hazelnuts, chopped
hemp seeds
warm blueberries
Instructions
In a bowl, mix together the ingredients for your overnight oats. Place them in an airtight jar or container and store in the fridge overnight.
In the morning, give your the oats a good stir and serve with a selection of suggested toppings. Enjoy!
