Overnight Oats with Peanut Butter & Banana

Ingredients
½ cup oats
½ cup plant-based milk of choice
½ ripe banana, mashed
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tsp maple syrup
1 tsp chia seeds
½ tsp cinnamon
toppings
banana
date syrup or maple syrup
roasted hazelnuts, chopped
hemp seeds
warm blueberries
Instructions
In a bowl, mix together the ingredients for your overnight oats. Place them in an airtight jar or container and store in the fridge overnight.
In the morning, give your the oats a good stir and serve with a selection of suggested toppings. Enjoy!
