For this Topping

2 tbsp olive oil

3 tbsp panko bread crumbs

2 tbsp pine nuts

1 tbsp fried onions (store-bought Rรถstzwiebeln)

generous pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. To prepare the pangrattato, heat the olive oil in a frying pan and add in the other ingredients. Toast everything for 2 - 3 minutes on medium high heat until the breadcrumbs and pine get a bit of colour on them, then take off the heat and transfer to a small bowl.

  2. How to consume: sprinkle over absolutely EVERYTHING!
