Raspberry Chia Jam

For the jam
Ingredients
2 cups raspberries, fresh or frozen
2 tbsp chia seeds
2-3 tbsp maple syrup (depending on how sweet you like it)
Instructions
In a pot, heat the berries, chia seeds and maple syrup. If the mixture is too thick, add a splash of water. Let the jam simmer for about 10 minutes with occasional stirring. The chia seeds will thicken up the jam during the cooking process but even more when storing it.
Let the jam cool and then transfer into a jar. Store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
