Za'atar

For the za’atar
Ingredients
1 tbsp dried thyme
1 tbsp sumac
1 tbsp ground coriander
1 tbsp cumin seeds
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
Heat up a pan to medium heat, then place all the spices in it and toast them until fragrant (for about 5 minutes with occasional shaking of the pan).
Transfer the spices to a blender, then blitz them up a few times until they’re crushed but not powdery.
Let the za’atar cool slightly, then place in a jar.
Sprinkle over salads, hummus, roasted veggies or whatever else you fancy!
