Kale Chips with Miso & Pumpkin Seed Butter

For the chips
Ingredients
3 cups kale leaves, torn
2 tbsp pumpkinseed butter
1 tbsp miso
2-3 tbsp water
salt to taste
1 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
Wash the kale and gently dry it with a kitchen towel, then rip it into small bite-sized chunks.
Combine the pumpkinseed butter, miso and water in a small bowl and massage the kale with this mixture. Place the kale on your baking tray with space in-between the leafs and season with salt. Lastly add some sesame seeds over it all and bake the chips for 5 minutes. Stir them, bake for another 3 minutes, stir again and bake for 2 more minutes – done!
