Salted Rosemary Chocolate Chip Cookies (Vegan)

Ingredients
1 cup (100g) oat flour
1 cup (130g) buckwheat flour
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup (120g) raw cane or coconut sugar
2 tbsp ground flax seeds
1/2 tsp baking powder
3 tbsp (70g) coconut oil, melted and slightly cooled
1/2 cup (100g) coconut milk + 1 tbsp (15g)
Add ins:
50g dark chocolate, roughly chopped (I used a 90% dark one)
1 1/2 tbsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped (or use dried)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180ยฐC and line a tray with baking paper.
In a bowl, combine the flours, salt, sugar, flax seeds and baking powder.
Add in the coconut milk and coconut oil and stir to combine, until no clumps remain.
Fold in the chocolate chips and rosemary, then shape cookies (about 1 tbsp worth of dough) and place on the baking tray. Bake for about 13 minutes, then allow to cool.
