Vegan Tahini, Date & Oat Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients
200g (2 cups) oat flour
1/3 cup (110g) date syrup
1/3 cup (100g) tahini
1/2 cup (120g) oat milk
pinch of salt
9 pieces of dark chocolate
sesame seeds to top
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 180°C and line a tray with baking paper.
In a bowl, combine the oat flour, date syrup, tahini, oat milk and a pinch of salt. Stir well until a dough forms.
With slightly wet hands, take about 1 tbsp worth of dough and shape cookies. Place them on the baking tray, sprinkle with a pinch of salt, sesame seeds and gently press one piece of dark chocolate into the center of each cookie (you can also roughly chop the chocolate to sprinkle over the cookies or work the chocolate chunks into the batter).
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
