Almond, Parsley & Feta Dip

For this dip
Ingredients
1 cup almonds, toasted
a handful fresh parsley, roughly chopped
1 cup crumbled feta
ยฝ cup plant-based milk or water
1 tsp paprika
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp oregano
pepper and salt
serve with
bread or crackers
Instructions
In a food processor, blend all ingredients until you achieve a creamy, rich yet still slightly chunky consistency.
Transfer the dip to a bowl and serve along with crackers (such as flatbread crackers), fresh veggies and some more toasted nuts.
