No Bake Tahini Bites

For the bites
Ingredients
3 tbsp tahini
1 cup oats
⅓ cacao powder
5 tbsp maple syrup
3 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp cinnamon
pinch of salt
2 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
In a pot, heat the tahini, maple syrup, coconut oil and vanilla extract. Once the liquids are heated, stir in the cocoa, cinnamon and salt.
Take the pot from the stove, add the oats and fold them in. Allow the mixture to cool for a few minutes, then form small balls with your palms ( about 1 tbsp makes one cookie). Pour the sesame seeds in a small bowl and roll the balls in it until all are evenly covered.
Place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes and you know what’s next: devour them with a happy heart and a wide smile.
